TK Glamping ceremonial site is available for day or multiple day events. Prices are calculated on the number of attending guests (max 120)

For up to 50 guests, the half-day rate is $500.00
For more than 50 with there will be an additional cost of $10.00 per guest.
If overnight accommodation is required we can provide 5 glamping tents and sole access to all site amenities for $2,475.00/night. Only two guests per tent.

Raised 14’x18‘ Stage and Amphitheater c/w bench seating for approximately 120 guests

TK Glamping site is available for group events up to 50 people starting at $225.00 for 2 hours. Additional time is $75.00/half hour.

Note: All Group Events are (excluding full wedding site rentals) scheduled between 11 am to 4 pm.

Group participants are greeted and introduce to site facility. While visiting OKIB traditional lands, guests are asked to pay respect to the traditions of the OKIB. We want guests to ease into the day and enjoy the natural surroundings to get grounded and set the tone of relaxation.
Group leaders are requested to contact/visit with TK staff prior to their event to get better acquainted with site facility and limitations.
Participants will be responsible for brining their own lunch/snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not permitted on site. Upon requests additional snacks/beverages can be arranged if negotiated with the booking.
TK Glamping site is located in a wildlife corridor. We want our guests to experience nature at it’s best. Please respect these lands, try to get unplugged, get grounded and enjoy your visit.
To close the day, you’ll want to organize your group to be ready for a 4 o’clock departure. TK staff will assist and direct your group as required.
Hosting/booking an event requires a full deposit of the anticipated day rate. A final cost will be calculated upon additional time and/or items requested. Payment is due upon receiving of final invoice.
