Wedding Ceremonial Site Rental
TK Glamping wedding site is available for day or multiple day rentals. Prices are calculated on the number of attending guests.
For 50 or less guests, the day rate at a maximum of 4 hours is $500.00
For weddings with more than 50 with a maximum 120 guests there will be an additional cost of $10.00 per guest.
Multiple day/night rental include: 5 glamping tents with double occupancy and access to all site amenities $2,475.00/night. Only two guests per tent is allowed.

TK Glamping site is available for group gathering events of a maximum of 30 people or less(i.e. team building, family reunions, small group outings, etc.) A base price $225.00 is calculated on a maximum of 3 hour session. Additional time is permitted at a cost of $75.00/half hour.
Note: All Group Events are (excluding full wedding site rentals) scheduled between 11 am to 4 pm.
TK Glamping site is available for special events photography and is based on an hourly rate. A base price $225.00 is calculated on a maximum of 2 hour session. Additional time is permitted at a cost of $75.00/half hour.

Group Event Itinerary

Group participants are greeted and introduce to site facility. While visiting OKIB traditional lands, guests are asked to pay respect to the traditions of the OKIB. We want guests to ease into the day and enjoy the natural surroundings to get grounded and set the tone of relaxation.

Group leaders are requested to contact/visit with TK staff prior to their event to get better acquainted with site facility and limitations.

Participants will be responsible for brining their own lunch/snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not permitted on site. Upon requests additional snacks/beverages can be arranged if negotiated with the booking.

TK Glamping site is located in a wildlife corridor. We want our guests to experience nature at it’s best. Please respect these lands, try to get unplugged, get grounded and enjoy your visit.

To close the day, you’ll want to organize your group to be ready for a 4 o’clock departure. TK staff will assist and direct your group as required.

Hosting/booking an event requires a full deposit of the anticipated day rate. A final cost will be calculated upon additional time and/or items requested. Payment is due upon receiving of final invoice.
